Are you attending the 2026 IMPMS/USA National Convention in Fort Wayne, Indiana?
If so, we could use your help!
Volunteers will be essential to making this Convention a success. We have a variety of volunteer options before, during and after the convention. If you'd like to help, please sign up for any of our open positions. Shifts are generally four hours each and volunteering for at least four hours entitles you to a free commemorative T-shirt with a unique Convention logo that will not be available on any other Convention t-shirt sponsored by Round 2 (photos below).
The schedule for each job will be available on our sign-up site, a link for which will be posted on this page when it opens.

- Security
- Tiger Meet
- Vendor Rooms
- Contest Room
- Vendor Setup/Teardown
- Registration
- Tours
- Information/Help desk
- Volunteer sign-in
- Seminars
We will also need help with contest judging and photography on Friday night.
