Vendor Information

Prospective Vendor,

Hello, my name is John Fluck and I’m the vendor coordinator for the 2026 IPMS/USA National Convention, August 5-8, 2026 at the Grand Wayne Convention Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

We will have 425 tables available for the vendors in three areas. The tables will be $130 each for the four days of the show. Power is an additional $75. The vendor packet, linked below, includes the key information you should need and a form with the information I need to reserve your table.

We would also appreciate any donations you could make toward our raffle. As you know, the success of any raffle is in large measure a due to the generous contributions of vendors. This is a good deal for both of us -- we receive some great raffle prizes and you get free advertising. We strongly encourage you to attach a business card or sticker identifying your business with each raffle. Even if you are unable to attend our convention, we ask that you consider supporting our raffle. Raffle Coordinator Alex Restrepo would love to hear from you if can help. Vendor setup is available Tuesday, August 4, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Wednesday, August 5, starting at 8 a.m. We have limited space at our loading docks, so will contact vendors to schedule a time for you to load in prior to the convention.
