Hotels

Convention attendees have the opportunity for special convention rates at four premier hotels around the Grand Wayne Convention Center: the Courtyard by Marriott, Hampton Inn & Suites and Hilton that are connected to the convention center, and the nearby Bradley Hotel.

All reservations must include the core dates of Wednesday, August 5 through Saturday, August 8. The Hilton will allow convention rates August 3-10. The Courtyard and Hampton Inn provide convention rates August 4-9 and the Bradley August 5-8.

Reservations at all four hotels will open Friday September 19, 2025 at 12 PM (noon) EDT.  When reservations open, there will be a link on this page for your chosen hotel or you can call the hotel directly. Reservations for the hotels must be made by July 14, 2026 to guarantee the convention rate.

Please note there will be a limit on rooms that can be reserved in each contact to ensure everyone has a chance for a room and the quoted room rates do not include taxes or any hotel imposed fees.  If you have any questions about such taxes or fees, please discuss that with a hotel representative when making your reservation.

Please note: In addition to room fees and taxes, the hotels will place a hold of up to $50 per day on the credit card being used to pay the bill; all hotel rooms are smoke-free and carry up to a $500 fee for violating that policy.

Hope you have a great stay.

The Bradley Hotel

Born of Midwestern charm and modern design sensibilities, The Bradley is a cornerstone of entertainment and hospitality in the bustling urban center of Fort Wayne, Indiana. A true reflection of the city it calls home, The Bradley is immersed in the genuine spirit of community, industry and creativity that abounds beyond its walls. The hotel was designed collaboratively by visionary Barbara Bradley Baekgaard, co-founder of the iconic lifestyle brand – Vera Bradley, and Provenance hotels, known for their collection of award-winning boutique hotels marked by trendsetting designs and museum-quality art.

Evoking a sense of comfort and warmth, walking through the doors at The Bradley provides guests with the experience of entering Ms. Baekgaard’s own personal guesthouse. While starting Vera Bradley from her home in Fort Wayne and growing it into the empire it is today, Ms. Baekgaard developed a deep love for design and felt inspired to combine it with her love of travel. What better way to do so than create her own beautiful hotel?

From Birdie’s rooftop bar to its thoughtfully designed rooms and locally sourced art, The Bradley effortlessly combines comfort and creativity to tell its story and that of Fort Wayne.

The Bradley will have 30 rooms for $189 per night plus taxes for August 5-8. Parking is $15 per night.
