We look forward to seeing you at the 2026 IPMS/USA convention in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We are expecting a great turnout of modelers, contestants and vendors.

Convention registration allows attendees full access to the contest and vendor rooms, Tiger Meet, all of the free seminars and paid workshops, and any planned tours (some also carry a fee). It also allows unlimited model entries. Paid attendees also can bring guests for each day of the convention, thought guest entry does not include access to workshops or tours.

Pre-registration will be $55 and will be open March 1 through June 30. IPMS/USA members will receive an email with a link to register on that date and further instructions will be posted on this page. Walk-in registration will be available at the convention, but the cost will increase to $65 and some of the usual amenities may not be available at that point. Please note that full registration, whether before the convention or walk-in, requires IPMS/USA membership, which can be done on the IPMS website or at the convention.

We also provide for $15 daily admission, which allows access to the day's events, but does not include contest entries, seminars, workshops or tours.

As you are preparing for attending the convention, here are some of the opportunities, and their costs, you will see on the pre-registration form:

• Convention T-shirt: s-xl: $20; xxl-xxxxl: $23
• Convention pin: $5 (one is included with first 1,300 registrations; 200 extra available)
• Challenge coin: $12 (limit 150)
• Auburn Cord Duesenberg/National Auto & Truck Museum: $55 (per person, for Thursday, August 6; 112 available; food extra)
• Sweetwater Music tour: $20 (per person, for Friday, August 7; 37 available; food extra)
• Embassy Theater tour: $10 (per person; two tours on Thursday, August 6, and Friday, August 7)
• Baseball Ticket: $14 (per person, for Friday, August 7; 50 available)
• Airbrushing and Masking Workshop by Grex: $100 (per person; Thursday, Friday or Saturday; limited seats and for ages 14 and up)
• Painting and Weathering with Abilio Pineiro by AK: $175 (per person; Thursday or Friday; limit 15 people per session)
• Miniature Painting Workshop with Jim Rice by Sabot Miniatures: $60 (per person; Thursday, Friday or Saturday; limited seats and participants must bring brushes and wet palette

Some of these items might still be available, at the same price, for walk-in registration.
