A Real Band of Brothers Tour by Brad Shafer

Join our convention Volunteer Coordinator Brad Shafer for a photographic journey of his two-week World War II Museum-sponsored European tour following the exploits of the 506^th PIR, where he was accompanied by military historians of numerous nationalities as well as the actors who played Doc Roe and Joe Liebgott in the miniseries.  Mandatory homework includes watching, again, every episode of Band of Brothers and the movies The Longest Day, A Bridge Too Far, and Saving Private Ryan. We will be discussing the historical inaccuracies of each.  Come loaded with all of your questions.  If this type of tour is on your bucket list, you don’t want to miss this.
