2025 IPMS/USA National Convention Hotel ADA Accommodations

The following information on ADA accommodations for each 2025 IPMS/USA convention hotel is provided for planning purposes.  Members who request these accommodations will work directly with the hotel staff to secure those registrations.

Embassy Suites

  • Total Number of ADA Rooms:  Roll in showers -- 5, Bathtub with handrails -- 5, Hearing Accessible Only/No Rails -- 5.
  • Room Availability:  As of November 2024, all rooms are available during the convention timeframe.
  • Reservation Process:  When reserving an ADA room, the member will need to actually block/reserve the accessible room and not have the reservation agent place a note in the reservation comments. If the request is only in comments section and the actual room type is not documented on the reservation, the ADA room may not be available.
  • Room Charge:  The Embassy Suites will charge the same $159.00 rate for an ADA room.

Comfort Inn

  • Total Number of ADA Rooms: 4
  • Room Availability: As of January 2025, all rooms are available to include 3 King and 1 Double;
    one of the King rooms has a roll-in shower.
  • Reservation Process: The Comfort Inn website provides a choice of ADA rooms available for
    selection by our members.
  • Requests can be made directly through their website.
  • Room Charge: Rooms are built into the contracted IPMS room block. The member will be
    charged the contracted room rate of $159.00.

Courtyard by Marriott

  • Total Number of ADA Rooms: 12
  • Room Availability: As of January 2025, 9 rooms available.
  • Includes 3 King Rooms (1st Floor); 1 King Room (2nd Floor); 1 King (3rd Floor); 1
    Double/Double Room (1st Floor); 1 Double/Double Room (3rd Floor); 1 Queen/Queen
    Room (2nd Floor); 1 King Suite (3rd Floor)
  • Each room has a handicapped accessible tub with retractable seat and handrails.
  • 2 Rooms with roll-in showers are available--1 King Room (1st Floor); 1 Double/Double (1st
    Floor)
  • 5 of these ADA room have balcony access.
  • All rooms are hearing accessible.

Holiday Inn Express

  • Total Number of ADA Rooms:  12 -- no specific information provided on room type/accommodation.
  • Room Availability:  As of November 2024, all rooms are available during the convention timeframe.
  • Reservation Process:  Access to an ADA room is based on availability.  Using the reservation link, the member makes a reservation for a standard room within the IPMS/USA National Convention room block.  Once the reservation is confirmed, they can contact the hotel directly to request an ADA room.  The request is not a guarantee of accommodation.
  • Room Charge:  There are no extra charges for ADA rooms. They are the same rate as standard kings/double.  However, there is no guarantee the member will receive the IPMS contracted rate for an ADA room because the rate is based on availability.

Hyatt Place

  • Total Number of ADA Rooms: 7 -- no specific information provided on room type/accommodation.  
  • Room Availability:  As of November 2024, all rooms are available during the convention timeframe.
  • Reservation Process:  Access to an ADA room is based on availability.  Using the reservation link, the member makes a reservation for a standard room within the IPMS/USA National Convention room block.  Once the reservation is confirmed, they can contact the hotel directly to request an ADA room.  The request is not a guarantee of accommodation.   
  • Room Charge: There are no extra charges for ADA rooms. They are the same rate as standard kings/double.  However, there is no guarantee the member will receive the IPMS/USA National Convention contracted rate for an ADA room, because it is based on availability.

Red Roof Inn

  • Total Number of ADA Rooms: 7 – all rooms with standard king bed.
  • Room Availability:  As of November 2024, 6 rooms are available during the convention timeframe.
  • Reservation Process:  Request the ADA room with the hotel reservation staff at the time of room release. If the room is available, the hotel will finalize the reservation and
  • Room Charge: If the member reserves the room while the IPMS/USA National Convention room block is active, member will receive the contracted $119.00 rate.  If the room block is closed when the reservation is made, the member will be charged the standard hotel rate. 

Springhill Suites

  • Total Number of ADA Rooms:  7 - no specific information provided on room type/accommodation.
  • Room Availability: As of November 2024, all rooms are available during the convention timeframe.
  • Reservation Process:  Request the ADA room with the hotel reservation staff at the time of room release.  The ADA room will be transferred to the IPMS block.
  • Room Charge: If the member reserves the room while the IPMS/USA National Convention room block is active, member will receive the contracted $169.00 rate.  If the room block is closed when the reservation is made, the member will be charged the standard hotel rate.
