Prospective Vendor,

Hello, my name is Mike Mattei and I’m the Vendor Chairman for next year’s IPMS/USA National Convention, 6 to 9 August 2025 at the Hampton Roads Convention Center located at 1610 Coliseum Drive, in Hampton Virginia.

This event will take place in three massive halls. Vendors will have almost two halls all to themselves so nobody will be relegated to side rooms away from the main event. We will have a total of 425 tables available for vendors. Remaining tables sell for $115 each. I included a vendor registration form in this packet for your convenience. Just complete the information requested with your table preferences and email it to me at VendorCoordinator2025@gmail.com. I will then contact you to work out the table locations based upon your request. Once your table locations are confirmed you will be e-mailed an invoice from IPMS/USA with online payment options, or you may mail your payment to IPMS/USA via a paper check. Please note that the tables highlighted in yellow are already reserved. I will update this map weekly.

I would also like to put in a shameless plug for our raffle! As you know, the success of any raffle is in large measure a due to the generous contributions of vendors. This is a good deal for both of us -- we receive some great raffle prizes and you get free advertising. We strongly encourage you to attach a business card or sticker identifying your business with each raffle. Even if you are unable to attend our convention, we ask that you consider supporting our raffle. Our Raffle Chairman – Robert Dedmond, would love to hear from you if can help.
