Pre-Registration Opens March 1st!

It’s always best to register early to ensure you have the best chance of attending the convention activities you're most interested in.  Tickets to the banquet and the paid workshops sell out quickly during pre-registration, so don’t wait!

The process is the same as previous years. You will receive an email from IPMS/USA on March 1st with a link to registration, then you can go to MyIPMSUSA.org directly to register. You will also find links on Facebook and IPMSNationals.org. Pre-registration will run through June 30, 2025.

The IPMS Tidewater Team is working very hard to deliver a great Convention for members.  They are bringing some exciting new features to this convention, including a BBQ dinner at the Virginia Air & Space Center benefitting the Tunnel2Towers Foundation and a revised Family Make n’ Take program sponsored by Atlantis Models.

There is one change you will notice, from past conventions, tours won't be available yet. Registration for tours will happen later, likely by April 1st.  As you may have seen IPMS Tidewater has been exploring tours at three nearby military installations.  Requirements for base access have become much more difficult for group tours.  The Tidewater team is still hoping to offer these tours; however, this may change, based on what security requirements are imposed.  Tidewater is currently considering other tour options in the event the three military installation tours don’t work out.  The good news is that the Mariner’s Museum tour is already confirmed!   The entire suite of tours will be released at one time, again likely by April 1st

On-line model registration system will open later this Spring.  Like last year, on-line registration of your models is highly encouraged to avoid long delays when you arrive at the Hampton Convention Center.

Please visit the 2025 IPMS/USA Convention Website and Facebook for convention news and updates.

We look forward to seeing everyone in Hampton August 6th through 9th.
